Major changes in demographics, society, and technology are happening more quickly now than ever before. The problem? Our current systems, from business, to education, to life in general, either can’t keep up with or make use of these changes (access is a thing) and those that can reward an ever-dwindling minority of people while leaving the ever-growing majority behind. Remember y’all, the system works as designed…it’s a feature not a bug.

To have a GOOD FUTURE we need to start now. We are on the cusp of a cultural (r)evolution, as society continues to challenge and redefine the status quo. GenZ is the most diverse – most queer, most racially blended, most counter-culture – generation to date. They are also the future. They know the system as-is doesn't serve them, and we know it too. The best use of our collective energy is not to fight the current system, but to build a new one that reflects the current culture and can adapt to changes to take its place.
